This comprehensive 6-week class offers game-changing techniques to increase calmness, focus, quality of life, and joy for training. Training sessions are structured to achieve goals while helping you understand your dog’s core needs.

Our class sizes are small so you can always receive a little additional help - whilst all dogs progress at different rates, no-one gets left behind. We believe in setting every puppy and human up to success using positive reinforcement training methods.

這個為期 6 週的全面課程能賦予你嶄新的技巧，以提高狗狗的冷靜度、注意力、生活質素和訓練的樂趣。 此訓練課程會給你明確的目標，同時幫助您了解您愛犬的實際需求。

我們奉行小班教學，雖然所有的狗都以不同的速度進步，但你定能獲得你所需的支緩！

Our “Best of Basics” Dog Training Classes include the following exercises/skills:

  • Sit

  • Drop

  • Sit / Stay

  • Loose Lead Walking

  • Recall (come when called)

  • Use of a marker and release word

  • Using appropriate motivation and rewards

  • Self Control Exercises

  • Problem Solving games

  • Go to a bed or Mat

  • Greeting people and other dogs

  • Teaching basic Tricks

  • Targeting

  • Basic Agility obstacles

  • Dealing with reactivity and excitability

Remarks:

We require proof of current vaccination of rabies and DHPPiL (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus and Leptospirosis). All vaccinations must be conducted by a registered veterinary surgeon and not less than 7 days prior to the first lesson.

You confirm that your dog has completed his/her required course of vaccinations and is currently up to date with his/her schedule. You understand that vaccination certificate must be submitted to us by the first lesson as proof in order for your dog to participate in any classes.

If typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or a rainstorm red/black warning is issued at 9am, all lessons on that day will be cancelled and postponed one week. Make-up class will be scheduled after discussion between HKDR trainer and all participants in subsequent lesson.

Please note that more complex issues such as, dog to dog reactivity, aggression cases, anxiety/stress related issues, require more support and would need our Behaviour Consultation Service.

備註:

所有參加課堂的狗狗必須於開課前7天或以前，已由註冊獸醫注射有效疫苗 (包括狂犬病、狗瘟、肝炎、鈎端螺旋體病、副流行性感冒、腸炎)。
閣下證實已報讀課程的狗隻已接受上述疫苗注射，而該疫苗直至課程完結時仍然有效。閣下明白必須於第一節課時向導師出示有效醫生證明文件，否則閣下之狗隻將不能出席餘下課程。

如上課當日早上9時香港天文台懸掛紅色暴雨、八號熱帶氣旋或以上之警告信號，所有課堂將取消並順延一星期，屆時再由導師與學員商討補課安排。

請注意，一些更複雜的行為問題 - 例如對其他狗的過激反應、攻擊案例、焦慮/壓力相關問題，需要更多資源支持，並且需要行為諮詢服務。
